Permissions

The meetings module utilises the following permissions:

Permission Description
Desktop:Show Meetings Menu Item Base permission needed in order to access the Meetings menu
Meetings:View Meetings Can view all meeting records which do not have any privacy rules set
Meetings:Create Meetings Can create new meetings
Meetings:Edit Meetings Can edit any meeting record
Meetings:Complete Meetings Allows access to ‘Set as Completed’ in the meeting’s actions menu. Locks the meeting record
Meetings:Unlock Meetings Allows access to re-open the meeting record if edits need to me made
Meetings:View History Allows access to the meeting’s Change Log tab
Meetings:Print Meetings Allows meeting details to be printed
Meetings:View Print History Allows access to the print history of this meeting. This clearly shows who has printed this meeting out
Meetings:Link To Records Can create links to meeting records
Meetings:Remove Links Can remove links to meetings records
Meetings:Edit Statuses Can edit Meeting Status lookup values
Meetings:Delete Statuses Can delete Meeting Status lookup values
Meetings:Edit Types Can edit Meeting Type lookup values
Meetings:Delete Types Can delete Meeting Type lookup values
